I completed the checkout and only received the welcome email, how do I get access to the app?

There are two likely scenarios in this case –

  1. The app emails have gone to your spam.
  2. You already have that email associated with trainerize, the app, and therefore do not need to setup another account.

In scenario 2, we recommend visiting the https://champcityholisticfitness.trainerize.com link and choosing Forgot Password? after entering the email address you used at checkout.
