    I believe in a holistic process to optimal health. Making a life change is really hard, and it all begins with creating a foundation of healthy habits which can lead to vibrant and sustainable wellness. I am a movement, nutrition, and habits coach: author, public speaker, and defender of the people against fad diets and gimmicky fitness equipment.

    .It’s Never Too Late_ The period symbolizes the end of your old lifestyle, and the underscore represents your future where anything is possible, and it doesn’t matter how old or what stage of life you are in!

    When not exercising, you can find me playing with my family, skiing, snowboarding, wake surfing, or enjoying a hot coffee outside on a cool and crisp morning.

    Kelsey Butler is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s in Nutrition Sciences. She is an expert in health research, nutrition coaching, recipe and menu development, nutrition content creation, and food sciences. Kelsey takes a mindful approach to nutrition and values the creation of healthy relationships with all foods. She also understands the importance of sharing information about different food that anyone can enjoy, no matter their dietary restrictions or preferences. When she’s not focusing on the world of nutrition, Kelsey has a passion for cooking, enjoys the outdoors, stays active, and loves to travel.

    April is a Registered Dietitian with her master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition Sciences. She specializes in individualized nutrition coaching, sports nutrition, recipe development, intuitive eating and nutrition education. April takes a non-diet, whole foods first, intuitive eating approach to nutrition. She stays far away from any type of crazy restrictive diets and works to help her clients develop a positive relationship with food. April believes wholeheartedly in nutrition education being a key component to reaching health goals. She believes that if you understand what you are putting in your body then that will curate a better relationship with food and therefore help you not only reach your health goals, but keep them! When she isn’t living and breathing nutrition, April enjoys doing anything that is outdoors and active and hanging out with friends and family. April is a huge foodie and loves trying new restaurants in her off time.

    I’ve lived in Austin most of my life. I love spending time outdoors and exploring new places! I’m happiest when the sun is out and I’m with the people I love. My professional background is heavy in customer service, hospitality, and executive assistant work. My favorite type of workout is a kick-butt HIIT session!

    Jeremy lives in Orlando, Fl. w/ his wife Kristina and dog Elmer. He has a Master’s degree in Counseling, CrossFit Level 1 Certification, Nutrition Coaching Institute Level 1 Certification. He is motivated by helping people become better versions of themselves, mentally and physically.

    I believe one of the greatest gifts in life is the ability to serve others; born with a natural enthusiasm for life, I fell in love with endurance athletics seven years ago when I ran my first of 6 NYC Marathons with my wife, Megan. Since then, I have completed 19 full marathons, two ultras, and dozens of half marathons. Charity work is a big part of who I am. In the last few years, I have raised over $100,000 in the name of Autism and Cancer research running marathons around the world. During the day, I work as a Project Manager for a successful developer based out of NJ, and I can relate to having an extremely busy lifestyle.

    I look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience in endurance athletics with the Champ City community. My favorite things are spending time with my wife and two pugs, getting lost running in the woods, managing construction/development projects, and pushing my body to its limits.

    The best time to run is in the middle of the night when the world is sleeping, always go just a little bit too far, and always ALWAYS be grateful, humble, compassionate, and share all the love in your soul.

Which is why my motto is that your health and fitness shouldn’t get in the way of time with who you love, and what you love to do. Instead, it should help you optimize your life so that you can have more freedom and spend more time enjoying what matters most.

    Cameron Harn is a well-versed personal trainer, with over 12 years of training experience. He has been using kettlebells as one of his primary training tools since 2013 and became a certified kettlebell instructor through the StrongFirst School of Strength in 2017. Cam believes that the kettlebell is the most versatile tool around; perfect for anyone who wishes to improve their health as well as their physical fitness.

    Chase is a former Naval Flight Officer and current co-founder of VRB Labs – a wellness brand delivering tactical tools for stress, sleep, and pain to driven doers. His passions include rugby, soccer, surfing, snowboarding, the outdoors, and assisting veterans in their transitions to civilian life. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and Wharton School of Business.
