    To make a highly personalized plan, we need to get to know you first! So we take the time to understand your specific goals and dive deep into your habits, exercise and nutrition history, and more. In addition, you’ll get a welcome packet that introduces you to the program and an exclusive nutrition guidebook filled with information to help you get started right away.

    One on One Consultation

    The first step to getting to know you is conducting a one-on-one consultation. The call is a confidential and unique opportunity to truly get to know all your pain points and understand what drives you. In our experience, the intimate one-on-one time allows the client to open up and express their goals and potential limitations comfortably. The call gives us the best chance to optimize your environment and process from the start.

    Unlimited Access to the Coach

    You will gain access to the Champ City training application within 24 hours of signing up, which means you will have direct access to Coach Eric with two-way messaging. The two-way communication allows you to ask all your questions, request adjustments to accommodate your schedule, or just say hello! We love all the engagement!

    Nutrition Planning

    After getting to know your nutrition history, we begin creating a plan tailored to your body and goals. It doesn’t stop there; we continue to optimize your program every step of the way, so the training and nutrition work together. We provide 7-day personalized meal plans with recipes and shopping lists upon request. The ultimate goal is to learn how to eat intuitively for long-term wellness, which is a cornerstone of our program.

    After the consultation, we build and deliver a highly personalized training program in the Champ City training application. The workouts are designed to your abilities, the equipment you have access to, and always have progressions built-in. Week to week, we optimize the workouts to ensure you are having fun and meet long-term goals!
