    Onboarding Process

    For the first 1-3 weeks, we spend the time getting to know you in great detail. With instant access to the Champ City app, we begin communicating right away to get you settled in. Fitness assessments and nutrition monitoring are completed around your schedule and pace. The best part is that all of your onboarding is completed before your program start date to maximize our time together.

    Consultation Time

    02

    Onboarding lasts about two weeks and includes three consultations with the Champ City team. The first aims to get you settled in and set up for success. We take a tour of the app, member's portal and answer any initial questions. The next is with your coach to review goals, habits, and pain points to begin road-mapping your program. The last is with our dietitian to review your past and current nutrition. These intimate calls provide a unique opportunity for us to discover who you are to deliver the best possible experience.

    Nutrition Planning

    After the onboarding process and concluding our consultations we deliver a tailored nutrition plan to meet your specific goals. We provide a detailed report highlighting your goals and a meal plan designed specifically for you. It doesn’t stop there; we continue to optimize your program every step of the way, to ensure you are efficiently making progress. Throughout your program, we coach you to eat intuitively for long-term success, which is a cornerstone of our program.

    Your Custom Program Delivered

    At this point, we understand your life schedule, how long you want your workouts to be, and on what days. We are familiar with your experience level and the equipment you have access to. Your custom program will be delivered on the start date of your choosing.

    Weekly Phone Call

    After signing up, you instantly become part of the Champ City community, and you have access to our member portal. In the portal, you will have access to your coach’s calendar at all times to schedule weekly consultations.

I had a Phone Consultation session with Eric yesterday and I'm happy to say it was exactly what I needed to get re-centered on my fitness journey. I'd hit a pretty serious plateau recently- both physically and mentally- and from following his instagram for a long time I knew he was my guy to get me going in the right direction again. I didn't know what to expect from a phone consultation, but his approach was just that- truly consultative, and he listened just as much (if not more) than he talked, staying true to his trademark holistic approach that others have talked about. He sent me a pretty detailed questionnaire beforehand so we were both prepared for our conversation and he knew what I wanted out of it. What I didn't expect (and this was the best part) was we uncovered a couple key things that were standing in my way psychologically about nutrition and some other habits I'd formed over the years. By the end of our hour-long conversation I basically felt like he was a health & fitness psychotherapist lol. Can't say enough positive things about Eric and like I told him on the phone, dude is definitely one of my heroes! Give him a shot and you'll be really happy you did.

I am currently finishing up my first 8 week package with Eric. I’ve never seen such drastic improvements in my life in such a short amount of time. I have “trained” most of my life. I have even been a certified personal trainer myself. And what I was eating and doing for exercise just wasn’t working. I reached out to eric to get me dialed back in. He did it efficiently, professionally, and has made it a very fun and enjoyable experience. I have lost around 15lbs in my 7 weeks, and that’s even with my muscles getting noticeably bigger all around. My strength numbers have gone up and my body fat has decreased substantially. I love how my look is changing, but I think the greatest result for me in this has been how I FEEL. I feel so much better overall and have so much more energy. I have a very busy schedule. Between the workouts, 50hr work weeks, a child, school, and a handful of hobbies...I now have the energy to do it all! And I told Eric, at one point during the training I got a decent cold. I felt better with a cold at that point than I did “normal” before I trained with Eric. Which I think is crazy. I signed up for my training before I was even done with my current commitment. And I intend to until further notice. If you’re looking for who to train with. You can stop now...you’ve arrived at the place that’s actually going to get you where you want to be at reasonable prices and an enjoyable experience. A husband, father to 3 young boys and work commitments meant that my own self-care had taken a back seat for years. Several failed attempts to get in shape over the past 10 years.
