    Onboarding Process

    For the first 1-3 weeks, we spend the time getting to know you in great detail. With instant access to the Champ City app, we begin communicating right away to get you settled in. Fitness assessments and nutrition monitoring are completed around your schedule and pace. The best part is that all of your onboarding is completed before your program start date to maximize our time together.

    One on One Consultation

    The onboarding phase includes a one-on-one consultation. The call is a confidential and unique opportunity to truly get to know all of your pain points and understand what drives you. In our experience, the intimate one-on-one time allows the client to open up and express their struggles and limitations comfortably.

    Nutrition Planning

    After the onboarding process and concluding on our 1:1 consultation we deliver a tailored nutrition plan to meet your specific goals. We provide a detailed report highlighting your goals and a meal plan designed specifically for you. It doesn’t stop there; we continue to optimize your program every step of the way, to ensure you are efficiently making progress. Throughout your program, we coach you to eat intuitively for long-term success, which is a cornerstone of our program.

    Your Custom Program Delivered

    At this point, we understand your life schedule, how long you want your workouts to be, and on what days. We are familiar with your experience level and the equipment you have access to. Your custom program will be delivered on the start date of your choosing.

    Weekly Phone Call

    After signing up, you instantly become part of the Champ City community, and you have access to our member portal. In the portal, you will have access to your coach’s calendar at all times to schedule weekly consultations.
