I completed the checkout and only received the welcome email, how do I get access to the app?
There are two likely scenarios in this case –
- The app emails have gone to your spam.
- You already have that email associated with trainerize, the app, and therefore do not need to setup another account.
In scenario 2, we recommend visiting the https://champcityholisticfitness.trainerize.com link and choosing Forgot Password? after entering the email address you used at checkout.
