Description
This program is meant towards individuals relatively new to working out, with progression through each phase meant to quickly get them to a decent fitness level! It starts out fairly simple, 3 full body days per week, after which additional workout days are added in as well as lengthier and more intensive cardio sessions. Workouts are 30 minutes long.
