12 Week Full Gym Knee Strengthening & Recovery

$28.00 every 4 weeks for 12 weeks

This program perfectly balances strength building and hypertrophy while taking care of your knees! We will also focus on strengthening the supporting muscles around your knee and rehabbing the knee itself! Workouts are 45 minutes or less, progressively getting more challenging through the phases. You will be working out three days per week, with optional cardio and walk sessions in between!
