Description

Time to get off the couch and on the running tracks! This program focuses on safely increasing your run mileage and pace, and making sure you don’t get injured by properly warming up and keeping your muscles mobile! By the end of the program, you will be able to run a 5K or more, with the extra benefit of improved cardiovascular health and fat loss! The runs can take up to an hour or more (including the warmup and cooldown), progressively getting more challenging and longer through the phases. You will run five days weekly, with an optional run and mobility session as well!
