Description
A home-workout oriented DB program meant for widespread usage + 30min long recovery+injury prevention FR workout to help clients recover and increase it’s usage! Workouts are up to 45min, 5 days+2 days cardio/recovery.

- How many workouts a week? 5 (and optional mobility work on the other 2 days!)
