The number one choice for everyone over 40! This program primarily focuses on progressing both safely and effectively in every direction! You will be building muscle & strength, losing excess fat, and improving your conditioning through the exercise circuits! Workouts are 45 minutes or less, progressively getting more challenging through the phases. You will work out three days weekly, with optional recovery and mobility sessions in between!
The program is split into six two-week phases, starting with bodyweight and TRX bands introducing new equipment each, until we are utilizing most gym equipment in the end! Let’s do this!
