Description
This is the only program that you will need to get prepared to finish a Triathlon. This program is designed around swimming; access to a swimming pool is essential. You will be working out 5 days a week, and the remaining 2 days will be your recovery days, which are just as important as the workouts.
- Equipment: Swimming pool, Bike
- Program Length: 8 Weeks
- How many workouts a week? 5 (and optional mobility work on the other 2 days!)
- Workout Duration: 60 minutes or less
- Primary Focus: Complete a Triathlon
- Secondary Focus: Mobility, Conditioning
