Our intensive training program is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals in just 8 weeks. With 3 workouts per week, each lasting less than 50 minutes, you can easily fit these exercises into your busy schedule. The best part of this program is that you only need a Home gym multi-machine! All exercises can be done using this machine. This means you can get a great workout in the comfort of your own home.
