Description
Welcome to our High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program designed to kickstart your fitness journey! This first phase, spanning four weeks, is all about laying down a solid foundation for your future progress. Perfect for beginners, these workouts are shorter in duration but high in intensity, helping you build endurance, strength, and familiarity with the exercises. Throughout Phase 2, we will ramp things up in intensity and duration while maintaining proper form and technique. By the end of this HIIT program, you’ll not only have achieved significant improvements in your fitness levels but also developed the knowledge and confidence to continue challenging yourself on your fitness journey.
