Description
This intensive 5K rowing program is a structured workout plan designed to improve your endurance, strength, and overall performance in rowing. The program lasts for 8 weeks and consists of 3 workouts per week, with an optional 4th workout that can be added for those who want to increase their training volume. The program is designed with a progressive approach, gradually increasing the intensity and duration of the workouts over 8 weeks. The workouts are aimed at improving your cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and power output.
