Description
You will gain muscle and strength while losing fat with this program! Workouts are completed in 60 minutes or less! The program has only one 4-week phase designed to push you outside of your comfort zone! Six days a week, you’ll train your anterior and posterior chains three times a week, with a heavy, moderate, and light day for each. Let’s get started!
