Description
With this program, you will develop muscle and fortitude and lose an overabundance of fat! Exercises require an hour or less to finish! The program has just one 4 week phase, intended to push you outside your usual range of familiarity! You’ll work out six days weekly, hitting your anterior and posterior three times each week, with a heavy, moderate, and light day for each. Let’s do this!
