Description
This intensive fat-burning workout program is designed to help you lose fat and gain muscle over the course of 4 weeks. This program consists of 4 workouts per week, each lasting approximately 30-70 minutes. The workouts are designed to be challenging and intense, incorporating a variety of exercises that target multiple muscle groups and maximize calorie burning. The program is structured to progressively increase the intensity of the workouts over the 4-week period, ensuring that you continue to challenge your body and see results. The workouts will include a combination of strength training exercises and cardio intervals.
