Description
The perfect program if you have limited equipment at home, combining light dumbbells, an adjustable bench, mini/large resistance bands, and the Stairmaster will lead to you gaining muscle growth and losing weight. The program has 3 phases, each 8 weeks long. You will be working out 4 times a week; on your rest days, you will have the option to do mobility work.
