Description

This type of program works best within the framework of a 5-day split. The week is set up with Monday Glute Day, Tuesday Back and Shoulder, Thursday your second legs workout, and Friday your second back and shoulder workout. Wednesday and Saturday will be your lower body day. You can move workouts around just don’t do back-to-back lower body workouts. Let’s do this!
