12 Weeks Starting Strength: A full gym program that aims at beginners or someone that has spent some time in the gym but would still consider himself a beginner. It’s designed to help you stay active, gain strength and build lean muscles. There are three full-body strength workouts each week. They take from 40-45 mins.
