Foam Rolling & Mobility

If your goal is to improve your mobility, combat physical work and aging-related injuries, or take a break from weight lifting due to an injury, then you are looking at the right program! You will improve your flexibility and range of motion while priming your body for functional movement! The mobility sessions take only 20 minutes or less to complete per day. You will perform the foam rolling sessions 3 times per week, with additional (and optional) stretching sessions in between!

  • Two-way Communication with Coach: Available upon request (unless already included)
  • Equipment: Foam Roller, Optional Yoga Mat
  • Program Length: 12 Weeks
  • How many sessions a week? 3 (and optional mobility work on the other 4 days!)
  • Workout Duration: 20 minutes or less
  • Primary Focus: Mobility
  • Secondary Focus: Injury Prevention
  • Workout Format: Hybrid (Both Interval and Regular)
  • Experience: All Experience Levels
