12 Weeks Classic Upper Lower Strength & Hypertrophy: A full gym program that aims at anyone who wants to get stronger at the gym and build lean muscles. Four strength workouts a week. Two lower body and two upper body sessions that take from 45-60 mins. The workouts get more challenging through the phases as they are set up for progressive overload.
