A full gym program meant for someone who wants to start his fitness journey with a bang! It’s designed to take you and make you ready for the next step fast! 5 days per week, 4 strength and hypertrophy, 1 conditioning and hypertrophy + 1 cardio day. HIIT are 30-45 mins, Strength are 45-60mins. Both are set-up for progressive overload and get harder through the phases for optimal growth and progress.
