A Full gym program aimed towards both hypertrophy and conditioning! 6 days per week, 3 strength and hypertrophy, 3 conditioning and hypertrophy + 1 cardio day. HIIT are 30-45 mins, Strength are 45-60mins. Both are set-up for progressive overload and get longer through the phases for optimal growth and progress.
