This is a high intensity program designed for people who know their way around the gym! Great for those who are looking to get back in action fast. 6 days per week, 3 strength and hypertrophy, 3 conditioning and hypertrophy + 1 recovery/cardio day. HIIT workouts are 30-45 minutes. Strength are 45-60 minutes. Both are set-up for progressive overload and get harder through the phases for optimal growth.
