Description
This intensive training program is designed to help individuals achieve their fitness goals in just 10 weeks. The program consists of 4 workouts per week, each lasting less than 45 minutes. These workouts require access to a full gym, as they incorporate a variety of equipment and exercises to provide a well-rounded fitness routine. The program is designed to be challenging, with a focus on building strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
