I purchased a program, and don’t know what to do next.

Most of the products on the champcity.com website all require some external action upon purchase, and we understand that it can be a little confusing.

If any of the emails mentioned below in your related category have not been received, please check your spam, or give it a few minutes, up to an hour, for the emails to arrive.


Below are the types of programs you can purchase and simple troubleshooting procedures for each :-

1. Custom Program

If you purchase our custom program, be on the lookout for our welcome email with a welcome packet along with links to a questionnaire to be filled and a calendly booking link to help get you up and running right away. There will be another email as well to setup the champ city app, and we ask that you set it up as soon as possible as well.

2. Essentials Program

If you purchase our essentials program, be on the lookout for a welcome email and an email to setup the app. Your program will begin on the date that you set at checkout.

If you purchased the nutritional package with the Essentials Program, then you will receive a separate email with a link to fill out a questionnaire regarding your current nutritional circumstances. We will then get in touch with you a few days later with a detailed report and more.

3. 30 – Day Challenge

If you purchase our 30-day challenge program, you will receive a welcome email and an email to setup the app. The welcome email will contain a welcome packet and a video that will help you get off an running in your chosen 30-day challenge program. Please also setup the app to be ready for when the challenge starts, and to receive messages regarding the 30-day challenge in app!

Each 30-day challenge has a very specific start date, and the programs will only begin on that start date. Please take note of the exact start date the program description and in the email.

If you purchased the nutritional package with the 30 – Day Challenge, then you will receive a separate email with a link to fill out a questionnaire regarding your current nutritional circumstances. We will then get in touch with you a few days later with a detailed report and more.

4. 20 or 60 minute Consultation calls

Upon purchase of consultation call, you will receive an order confirmation email with a calendly link to schedule your call.
