I entered the wrong email address at checkout. What should I do?

If you entered the wrong email address at checkout, one that you do not have access to, it is best to contact us directly at champcityteam@champcity.com. We will connect the app to your correct email address. Here is what should be in the email –

Subject – Wrong Email Address at Checkout

In the body, include –

  1. Your name
  2. Your incorrect email
  3. The correct email you want to use

Give us 24-48 hours to get back to you.

When complete, you will receive the app emails to your correct email and will then be able to setup the app following the instructions in them.
