- 2. Select the + sign in the upper right corner
- 3. Multiple areas to make your focus specific
- 4. (optional) Add emergency-type contacts
- 5. (Optional) Allow notifications from essential apps
- 6. Hide notification badges and everything else other than the workout
- 7. Customize your fitness focus time to your workout schedule
- 8. When you open a specific app, you can turn on your fitness focus
