Hey ladies! My name is Kelsey Butler and I am a registered dietitian. I specialize in general nutrition, sports nutrition, behavioral and mindset health. I have a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition with a focus in eating disorders as well as a background in culinary nutrition and health research. I take a mindful approach towards nutrition and value the creation of healthy relationships with our bodies and food. I also understand the importance of providing my clients with information about different foods that anyone can enjoy, no matter their dietary needs or preferences. When I’m not focusing on the world of nutrition, I’m probably cooking, somewhere in nature, at the gym, or traveling with friends!

Hi! My name is April Vetrano, I am a registered dietitian with my master’s degree in clinical nutrition sciences. I have a passion for helping my clients fall back in love with food and their body. Quick fixes are out and health longevity is IN. I never put my clients on fad diets or any type of diet for that matter. And I would never ask them to eat a crazy low amount of calories. Your nutrition plan should be reasonable and fit into your lifestyle. You deserve peace and I help achieve just that.

Hi Girlies! I am Andi. My health and wellness journey began a few years after I graduated college. I was never quite the sports gal and was absolutely lost in the gym. It wasn’t until I tried out a few different types of classes that I found what I liked. HIIT workouts are my absolute favorite way to get active. Here at Champ City, I focus on operations and administration. I can help answer any questions you may have outside nutrition!

Let’s get this party started! It’s time for the ultimate glow up and refresh. This first week is all about enhancing your life by adding in the positive. It’s time to rehydrate by increasing that H2O intake, energize by adding in fruits and veggies and glow up by tackling alcohol intake.

WEEK 2 Reunite

Living the “That Girl” lifestyle is all about building a strong and positive community around you. The good news for you is that we have already tackled part of that for you. Socialize and have fun at our live workout we will be hosting. Get to know your fellow women in the challenge and bond over being “That Girl”, together.

WEEK 3 Refuel

Between work, family and social – your life is pretty crazy. That’s why it’s important to focus on fueling yourself in the best most efficient way possible. This week we are focusing on building up your strength by increasing your protein intake.

WEEK 4 Realign

Let’s be honest…becoming “That Girl” can be difficult with the 1 million distractions you experience every day. That’s why it’s important to realign and refocus your energy on a regular basis. Together, we will set concrete routines to help you find more peace, become more mindful and harness that energy deep within to tackle every situation.

I got motivated to get back into fitness in a serious way after working from home for a month and realizing I had a lot of time on my hands. I have never worked with a personal trainer before so I had no idea what to expect. My expectations have far been exceeded! I’ve been working with Eric for almost 3 months now and I haven’t felt this good – mentally or physically – in years! My training plan is completely tailored to my goals, current fitness level, and the equipment I already own. My primary goal is to get stronger, and I’ve already seen results from Eric’s pull-up training plan in just 3 weeks! I can’t wait to do my first pull-up! All the workouts are challenging and fun – and I love the variation throughout the week – kettlebell workouts and Tabatas and body weight circuits. The workouts are delivered nicely through an app and I can track my progress from week to week. My FAVORITE part of working with Eric is his holistic approach to health and fitness. We aren’t just focused on physical gains, but also nutrition (in fact, during our weekly check in calls, we probably talk the most about nutrition). I have noticed a huge change in the quality of my sleep and my energy levels during the day. Mentally, I am enjoying the benefits of more structure to my day, more goal setting outside of work, and a sense of purpose to be my best self. Eric is also super motivating and checks in with me almost daily through the app. I can tell that he really cares about my success! I can’t recommend Eric and Champ City Holistic Fitness enough! Whatever your goals, Eric has the technical knowledge and motivation to help you!
